We finally have received our appointment date of 12/15/06! We are so excited, just praying our last approval comes through. We even have our plane tickets booked- we will be flying out of Atlanta on 12/13 and arrive in Ukraine 10:30 am on the 14th. We will have an orientation dinner on the 14th to meet everyone we will be working with from our adoption agency, and then will show up to the adoption center on the 15th!

Psalm 139 reveals how we are fearfully and wonderfully made. God is preparing for you a child or children already made in His image in which He is entrusting the two of you to raise. I woke up thinking about how today is the day you look at the photos and information of the children you will choose from. What a very tough decision. I can only imagine the mix of emotions you will feel during this process. Know that David and I are praying without ceasing. We're so overwhelmed with joy that God is finally giving you this gift!
